Educational attainment required:

At least second class Bachelor’s Degree of Recognized

Recognized University

Diploma in Labour laws/Diploma in Admn. Law from a

Recognized University / Institute.

At least 3 years experience in handling legal cases either in a Government or Autonomous or Public Section Undertaking or in a Private Ltd. Co.

OR

In case of CBSE employees, Asstts. with atleast 3 years regular continuous service out of which at least 2 years in the field handling legal cases, will be eligible for the post.
