Essentials

• B.E (Mech) / B.E (Metallurgy)

15 to 25 years hands on experience preferably in a heavy engineering company or forging industry. Exposure to international customers and hands on experience in dealing with customer satisfaction issues is essential. Sound knowledge of various quality systems like ISO 9002, ISO 14000, TS 16949, DMAIC, 8D, 6 sigma tools is must. Hands on experience in Change Management is a must in institutionalizing quality processes. Basic to hands on exposure to Metrology, GD&T. Should be well versed with Quality tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc. Knowledge of various problem solving tools. Should have interacted with customers as a technical interface.
