Qualification
A Medical qualification in schedule I or II or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualification included in part II or third schedule should also fulfil the conditions specified in section 13(3) of the Act.)

and

MD (Pediatrics) or equivalent foreign/Indian degree With DM (Gastroenterology) or equivalent foreign/Indian degree with seven (7) years teaching experience in Department of Gastroenterology/ Hepatology /Pediatric Gastroenterology/Transplant Hepatology after obtaining DM or equivalent degree 

or

MD (Pediatrics) or equivalent foreign/Indian degree With DM (Gastroenterology) or equivalent foreign/Indian degree with seven (7) years teaching experience in Department of Gastroenterology/ Hepatology /Pediatric Gastroenterology/Transplant Hepatology after obtaining DM or equivalent degree
