Karur Vysya Bank recruitment project 2011 for INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER - Scale III / OFFICER – Scale II positions across its branches

Karur Vysya Bank is one of the leading non-scheduled bank in India.

The Bank intends to recruit several managerial positions, for which candidates required to apply only through online.

Qualification required 

Degree or Masters Degree with Law Graduates / Diploma holders in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations preferred

Experience 

Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Industrial Relations, Preferably in a Bank or financial institution.Conversant with Labour Court / Industrial Tribunal / High Court Proceedings. Experience in attending Conciliation proceedings, Domestic enquiries, statutory compliance and other HR matters

Skill sets 

Knowledge in Computer Operation is essential
