Qualification and experience requirement
A good Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years relevant experience or 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years experience in Civil Construction works, maintenance etc.
Desirable: The candidates should be conversant with preventive maintenance, addition/ alteration and works. Experience in construction/ maintenance of Academic / Laboratory building and residential township. Exposure to modern management/ construction techniques is desirable
