The Director General of Civil Aviation which is under the control of Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India intends to recruit consultants in different capacities on short term contract basis. The positions are available in its multiple places like Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Guwahati, Bangalore, Bhopal, Cochin, Patna, Patiala & Bhubaneswar.
The candidates who are already retired government employees under the age of 65 years with good and sound health can also apply.

Selected candidates required to report with in 15 days from the date of interview.

Eligibility :
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent.
OR
- A pass in Associate Membership Examination parts II and III/ Sections A and B of the Aeronautical Society of India.
- 3 Years’ experience in airframe, aircraft structure systems/ designs or engines/power plants or electricals/ instruments/ avionics in a reputed manufacturing/overhauling/ maintenance establishment including holding senior position in such fields.
Desirable:
- Experience in aircraft accident investigation
- Pilot’s License
