The Director General of Civil Aviation which is under the control of Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India intends to recruit consultants in different capacities on short term contract basis. The positions are available in its multiple places like Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Guwahati, Bangalore, Bhopal, Cochin, Patna, Patiala & Bhubaneswar.

The candidates who are already retired government employees under the age of 65 years with good and sound health can also apply.

Selected candidates required to report with in 15 days from the date of interview.

Eligibility :
  • B.Sc. degree (Physics & Maths) from a recognized university or equivalent
  • Two years experience as Dangerous Goods Instructor of a training organization approved by the DGCA
  • Two years experience in the handling of air cargo or Dangerous Goods Audit/Inspection.

  1. One thing that I would look for if I were to land on this job is the company's dangerous goods training background. It is still one of the things that I would recommend to people involved in jobs where there are very dangerous chemicals.
