Kerala Public Service Commission is a nodal agency for recruitment and maintenance of service matters of state government recruitments and employees. The commission is governed and controlled by Government of Kerala.

Qualification and experience requirement	:	A Bachelors Degree or Post graduate degree in English Language and literature, and B.Ed/B.T with English as optional subject conferred or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. In the absence of those with qualifications in item (ii) candidates with B.Ed/B.T in any other subject conferred or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala will be considered. Note The disciplines in which BA/MA and B.Ed. degree were obtained should be mentioned. Those candidates who secured B.Ed/B.T Degrees from the Universities outside Kerala should note in the application form the number and date of relevant orders declaring the said degree as equivalent to those prescribed for this selection. The copies of such order shall be produced before the Commission when it is called for.
