| Qualification and experience required | : | Engineering degree in any discipline from a reputed Institute/ University. PG in Metallurgy / Foundry Technology / Management from a reputed Institute/ University will have an added advantage 22 years and above post qualification experience. Out of which 5 years should be at a senior position. Preference will be given to the candidates having working experiences in Steel melting/steel Foundry/Forging in a large Engineering Industries. Candidates should have leadership qualities and be capable of functioning as the Head of the Foundry Forge Plant and will be responsible for meeting the targets of the Plant. |
