Job description	:	Should be Network Specialist team in Bangalore with specialization in Microsoft Office communication server/ Lync 2010 server. Daily responsibilities will include support, design and maintenance of the corporate network of EF (250+ locations worldwide). Candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Office communication server implementation and support. Understanding industry standards for Codecs and call setup protocols (SIP/H.323/MGCP) Design and deployment of OCS and Exchange 2007 (data center environment a plus; Lync a major plus) Ability to activate all OCS 2007/Lync 2010 features Edge server deployment Configuration of SIP trunk technology Networking environment experience: DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, FTP, VPN, SMTP, Firewalls, terminal services Understand and have worked with Internet-facing System Architecture Have practical experience with design, configuration and support of call routing, local survivability, voicemail and call center Ability to teach and mentor junior staff members
Requirements	:	Microsoft/Cisco certifications a plus (MCSE, CCVP,CCNA) Ability to suggest improvement on the infrastructure with supporting documents Ability to create network diagrams using Visio Good communication skills and ability to handle project assignments
