The Director General of Civil Aviation which is under the control of Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India intends to recruit consultants in different capacities on short term contract basis. The positions are available in its multiple places like Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Kanpur, Lucknow, Guwahati, Bangalore, Bhopal, Cochin, Patna, Patiala & Bhubaneswar.
The candidates who are already retired government employees under the age of 65 years with good and sound health can also apply.

Eligibility :
- Degree in Engineering/Computer Science of a recognized University or equivalent.
- 10 years experience of electronic data processing work, out of which at least 5 years experience should be in a supervisory capacity in Design, Development or Organizing Computerized Information Storage and Retrieval System.
DESIRABLE :
- Master’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science,
- Training in system Analysis or Advanced Computer system.
- Experience of one or more of the following fields:-
- Development of Data base Management Information System.
- Computer solutions of optimization problems, e.g. linear programming, mixed integer programming.
- Computer solutions of operational economy wise planning models.
