Government jobs in Kerala : High School Assistant- English in education department required through Kerala Public Service Commission

Company / organization profile	:	Kerala Public Service Commission is a nodal agency under Government of Kerala to monitor and conduct of recruitment tests and interviews for the selection of candidates for jobs in various departments in Kerala. The commission intends to fill the vacancies through selection of candidates.
Mode of application to be made	:	Candidates required to submit their job applications only through online application mode. No other formats of applications are accepted. The filled in application should reach the concerned authority on or before 06.07.2011.

Miscellaneous Information	:	Those who are already in government service should send their applications through proper channel only. Candidates also required to upload the recent colour photo while submitting their application through online. Kerala Public Service Commission is not charging any application fee for submitting the application online. The barcode number in the application form shall be quoted in all further enquiries/correspondence. Documents to prove qualifications, age and community etc have to be produced as and when called for. Applications which are submitted not in accordance with the instructions given in the website will be summarily rejected. Qualification and experience requirement	:	A Bachelors Degree or Post Graduate Degree in English language and literature. And B.Ed / B.T. with English as optional subject conferred or recognized by any of the universities in Kerala. In the absence of those with qualifications in item (ii) candidates with B.Ed/B.T in any other subjects conferred or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala will be considered. Note The disciplines in which B.A/M.A and B.Ed degree were obtained should be mentioned. Those candidates who secured B.Ed/BT Degree from the Universities outside Kerala should note in the application form the number and date of relevant orders declaring the said degree as equivalent to those prescribed for this selection. The copies of such order shall be produced before the Commission when it is called for.
