Qualification and experience requirements	:	Degree from a recognized university with specialized training in Industrial Security (of not less than one year duration) Possessing specialized Professional Qualification of : Successful completion of 10 months precommission training course from the Officer’s Training School, Madras or from any other equivalent institution under the Defence Forces; OR Successful completion of one to one & half years course conducted by the Central / State Government qualifying for appointment as Dy SP of Police / Sub Inspectors in State Police, RPF, CRP, BSF; OR Successful completion of one year training course conducted by central Govt. for those selected for the posts of intelligence Officers in Central Intelligence Bureau and Research & Analysis Wing; OR Training conducted by the Central Govt. for candidates selected for the post of Sub Inspector in the Central Industrial Security Force or one year training conducted by Home Ministry, Govt of India, for SI in CBI and should have held the rank of Dy SP; OR 52 weeks training course of Instructions for IAF Police in the rank of Sergeant, Junior Warrant Officer, Warrant Officer and Master Warrant Officer. OR MA* – Political Science / Anthropology / Human Rights / Media Studies / Social Policy / Public Policy / Sociology / Economics/ Psychology / Public Administration / Criminology OR MSc* in Forensic Science & Criminology OR PG Degree* / Diploma* in Social Welfare / Personnel Management / Social Science / Industrial Relations (* The qualification should be of two years full term and should have been acquired after graduation (10+2+3 system)
