Qualification, experience and skill sets requirement	:	Any PG with B.Ed. or Teacher Training, Knowledge of MS Office is must with 5-10 years of experience Responsible for learning outcomes in the assigned group of schools. Academic planning for schools Active field/school visits for in-school mentoring & coaching Implementation of Rumi programs Training & development of teachers Collections, business interactive & review meetings with management Teacher performance assessment Maintaining teacher and student performance records Reporting and documentation Participate in parent/student meetings Resolving conflicts-Handling complaints, resolving grievances and conflicts. Responsible for Student Performance
Candidates profile requirement		Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience Must have 3-4 years in leadership role as department heads, principals, school leader Extremely passionate on school improvement & learning outcome driven approach Willing to travel and passionate on being a coach & mentor to all kinds of schools including in mid-low fee ones
