Responsibilities	:	Collection of Cost and Planning data from Capital Projects at fixed intervals Liaison with Project Services Engineers in Capital Projects is essential. Analyse,interrogate and normalise the captured raw data Input analysed data in the DCMT database Prepare reports for PS community Follow-up of ad-hoc requests on benchmarking and metrics Data capture and benchmarking direct impact in improving Shell’s project performance to become Top Quartile (TQ). Improve the performance of a large number of major projects Influencing and communicating with a large number of Project Services staff Maintaining credibility across many organizational layers,in many different locations and over a very diverse portfolio Work effectively as part of a dispersed team
Requirements		Project (services) engineer with cost experience in Project Front End Development phases as well as Execution phase Skills in working with Cost Management / Estimation tools Experience with project delivery and benchmarking Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas industry Engineering degree or equivalent Good communicator & facilitator Analytical thinker Ability to work across multi-cultural / multi-national environments
