Senior Financial Analyst required at MACH at Bangalore, India

Job responsibilities & tasks

The primary role of the Business/Financial Analyst is to support Corporate Financial Reporting Manager to plan, coordinate, aggregate, analyze and report the financial activities of the Company, Lines of Business and Functional Units. The reporting responsibility includes but is not limited to:

• Definition of the reporting packages 
• Maintenance of the corporate reporting data
• Analysis of combined financial and operation data in a concise and comprehensive manner
• The communication of the financial and operational data in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting in the defining of Key Performance Indicators
• Assisting the operational management in the monitoring of the performance to the MOP by creating timely financial forecasts with operational KPI’s and an understanding of all variances to budget. 
• Review all actuals as reported by accounting and explain all accounting results versus the forecast and budget.
• Assist and prepare the financial aspects of the QBR (Quarterly Business Reviews)
• Any other business support roles as required

The reporting requires includes but is not limited to:

• Monthly Balance Sheet
• Monthly Cash Flow
• Variance Analysis of Forecast, Actuals, Budget and Prior Year
• Commentary
• Quarterly reporting packages

Professional skills and experience

• CA & ICWAI with 4+ years of experience
• MBA Finance with 5+ years of FP&A experience
• CA inter with 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience in Forecast/ Budget
