Qualification and experience requirement	:	PhD in Information Technology and Management (can be relaxed in exceptional cases) & a minimum of 5 years teaching, research or managerial experience.
Miscellaneous information	:	S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research  remuneration package has a fixed component in line with IIMs. This coupled with a large variable component through EDPs, Consulting, International teaching and performance incentives, makes it comparable with corporate compensation. Currently, the gross packages range from Rs 7 to Rs 15 lakhs p.a. and the trend is progressive, with the range increasing year-on-year.
