All the positions are to be filled at initially at New Delhi, India but the positions required extensive travelling across the country.

The work requirement of candidates so selected would involve travelling extensively at short notice throughout the country for which they will be entitled to claim reimbursement of TA/DA as admissible to equivalent Grades under the Government rules.

Education and experience requirement
- B.Tech, M.Sc./M.S in Computer Science, MCA or equivalent from recognised Institutions
or
- Post graduation degree in (Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Business Economics etc.) with one year or more certificate course in computer software/applications from recognised Institute
or
- Graduate with 3 years Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent from recognised institutions
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in computer programming applications in govt. office/scientific organisations, Development partners preferably in the health/social sector.
- Experience in planning training activities in collaboration with government and partner institutions
Desirable
- Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Mining Technologies
- Experience in knowledge management; expert systems; establishment of M & E Systems
- Proficiency in use of statistical software like SPSS,SAS etc
- Ability to use standard computer programmes, word processing, spread sheet and presentation software
- Preferable experience of organizing training of health officials in HMIS and M&E
- Experience in large scale data processing, data warehousing and data mining technologies
- Use of hand-held devices in data collection, management and its processing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
