OR A A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala or any other Examinations recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. AND A pass in TTC (Kannada) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala
