Responsibilities	:	·         To analyze the portfolio on an ongoing basis to identify / predict the early warning signals ·         To highlight any abnormal spikes or unusual movements of Portfolio / Branches ·         To analyze the data in order to arrive and highlight trends useful for decision making ·         Shall be responsible for Data Management for both products so as to make it available to Senior Management as and when required ·         To suggest standardization / automation of processes / MIS' to improve efficiency ·         To travel to locations across the country to track and present market feedback relevant to policy changes
Requirements	:	·         Should be a CA / Post Graduate in Finance ·         Should have ability to work with large data to derive insightful analyses ·         Should be familiar with banking operations and procedures ·         Prior knowledge in Loan Against Shares and Loans against Gold / Jewelery will be an added advantage
