Education and experience requirement

• Post Graduate Degree in Statistics, Operational Research, Management, Demography, Population Science, Economics or Post Graduate Degree in Community Health (with MBBS) or MPH or MBA in Health Management
• 15-20 years’ experience in working with or handling the government health and social sector.
• Track record leading large-scale projects in Health Sector with multiple and multidisciplinary inputs and production of complex deliverables on time.
• 4-5 years experience of conducting training and monitoring activities in Govt. Health Sector.
• Experience of information systems and IT proficiency
• Experience in coordination and liaison with varied stakeholders both governmental, non-governmental and donor partners etc
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

Desirable:

• Experience in handling administrative and financial activities in government sector
• Good Administrative experience for drafting, preparation of administrative/research proposals and well versed in Govt. rules and regulations.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Minimum 10 years experience of working with Development partners and State Governments and its agencies
