The work requirement of candidates so selected would involve travelling extensively at short notice throughout the country for which they will be entitled to claim reimbursement of TA/DA as admissible to equivalent Grades under the Government rules.

Education and experience requirement
- Post Graduate Degree in Statistics, Operational Research, Management, Demography, Population Science, Economics or Post Graduate Degree in Community Health (with MBBS) or MPH or MBA in Health Management
- 15-20 years’ experience in working with or handling the government health and social sector.
- Track record leading large-scale projects in Health Sector with multiple and multidisciplinary inputs and production of complex deliverables on time.
- 4-5 years experience of conducting training and monitoring activities in Govt. Health Sector.
- Experience of information systems and IT proficiency
- Experience in coordination and liaison with varied stakeholders both governmental, non-governmental and donor partners etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Desirable:
- Experience in handling administrative and financial activities in government sector
- Good Administrative experience for drafting, preparation of administrative/research proposals and well versed in Govt. rules and regulations.
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Minimum 10 years experience of working with Development partners and State Governments and its agencies
