Skill set requirement
- Thorough knowledge of OOAD, UML, Design Patterns & Methodologies
- Experience in programming with C#, ASP.Net /VB.Net
- Experience in developing COM/DCOM/COM+ components
- MS SQL Server 2000 (preferable) / Oracle
- Microsoft Certifications preferred
- Experience in database design, SQL, PL/SQL
- Experience in Design and Troubleshooting of web-based applications.
- Well versed with Project Management procedures and experience in executing full life cycle project
- Ability to co-ordinate with onsite/offshore teams
- Prior experience in leading a team
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
