Education and experience requirement	:	Educational: Degree in Mechanical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. Five years practical experience in handling various aspects of industrial safety in factory, dock, ship or a technical institution/organization or in Government Department dealing with the administration of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948) or the Dock Workers (Safety, Health and Welfare) Act,1986 ( 54 of 1986) Desirable: Experience in planning, organizing and coordinating of research, education and training activities pertaining to industrial safety/dock safety
