Qualification and experience requirement	:	Ph. D. (submitted/awarded) in Botany/Plant Science in the area of Plant Taxonomy. Desirable : Research experience in germplasm collection, documentation, propagation and conservation of plant wealth including elite and Rare, Endangered & Threatened species in conservatories and controlled climate conditions by using the biotechnological approaches, including plant tissue culture for plant conservation and propagation of elite germplasm.
