Qualification and experience requirement	:	Holding analogous post at the time of retirement OR having the following qualification: SSA Weapons – Bachelor's degree in Physics or Applied Physics SSA Building/Design – Diploma in Civil Engineering or in Architectural Planning & Design SSA Ballistics/Explosives – Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Forensic Science SSA Life Sciences – Bachelor Degree in Molecular Biology or Bio-Chemistry or Zoology or Botany or Micro Biology or Forensic Science or any other Life Sciences. At least two year’s experience in the relevant fields and in PB-2 + GP 4200/- For Armed Forces Officers- Graduate and 5 years experience in ammunition and explosives for the post of SSA (Weapon) and SSA (Ballistics/Explosives)
