Qualification and experience requirement	:	Must have passed Account Test (Higher) Must be drawing a basic pay of not less than minimum of the scale of pay for the post of Divisional Accountant sanctioned by Government from time to time. Must have put in a minimum service of Ten years and must have at least five years experience in accounts and financial matters of the Kerala Government.
