Candidates required to pay an application fee in the form of non-refundable demand draft for Rs.550/- drawn in favour of Controller of Finance, University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, however reserved category candidates required to send draft for Rs.300/- only.

BDS from recognized Institution.
MDS in the subject concerned. In case the candidates having MDS qualification are not available, the candidates having training experience of more than 3 years as PG student will be considered for appointment.
