Qualification and experience requirements	:	B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Mktg.)/ (Agri. Business Management) OR M.Sc. (Agri.) from a University /Institution with 55% marks (Desirable: 60%). 8 years post qualification experience of working in Agri.  / Seeds /Fertilizers & allied organizations of repute handling marketing functions, out of which 4 years should be in a managerial position (equivalent to E-1 level of SFCI) in Agri. /Seeds/Fertilizers &allied organizations. Those working in PSUs/Government should have 2 years experience in next below scale i.e. 20,600-46,500/- OR 5 years experience in the scale of Rs.16,400-40,500 and above, or equivalent in related field.
