Qualification and experience requirements	:	MA (Public Admn.)/ MBA (HR) or equivalent with 55% marks (Desirable: 60%). 10 years experience of working at Officer level in a Govt / PSU / Organisation, out of which 4 to 5 years should be in managerial position(equal to E-2 level of SFCI) in Vigilance Department of a Government Office/ PSU/ Organization. Should be well versed in all aspects of Vigilance including its monitoring/ reporting system applicable to PSUs and applicable laws/ Manuals. Those working in PSU/Govt. should have 2 years experience in the next below scale i.e. Rs. 24,900-50,500/- or 4 to 5 years experience in the scale of Rs. 20,600-46,500/- and above or equivalent in related field.
