Qualification and experience requirement	:	First class full time MBA (HR)/Post graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration (equivalent to MBA) of 2 years full time duration with specialization in HR with LLB Degree from a reputed recognized University/Institute with hands on experience in reputed PSU with in depth knowledge in H R function including Performance Management, Training & Development, OD, Career Planning Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Evolution of Policies, Establishment matters, latest Labour Laws, compliance with Govt. guidelines, exposure in general administration and liaison, etc. Candidates must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Degree in Law is desirable.
