Required educational, experience & job profile
Candidate must possess Master Degree in Management with specialization in Personnel/HR stream or equivalent Post Graduate 2 years full time Diploma in Management with specialization in personnel/HR stream; from recognized university/institute.
Candidate must possess minimum 12 years’ experience in senior positions in organization(s) of repute in the area of Personnel/HR & Administration.
The candidate should be well versed with all aspects of personnel/HR functions including organizing and implementing training and development programmes, orientation/induction programmes, policies formulation, HR policy formulations, organization structure development, recruitment activities, carrier planning including promotions, preparation of HR budget, RTI matters, implementation of reservation policies, service matters and disciplinary proceedings, industrial relations, liaisoning with line-functionaries having leadership qualities and excellent communication skills. The candidate having excellent knowledge of computers will be preferred..
