Required educational, experience & job profile
B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics)/ Equivalent. OR Diploma in computer hardware & networking with at least 4 years of experience. CCNA, MCSE will be preferred.
Required Skills and Core Competencies:
- Maintaining all systems hardware & network related issues.
- Provide technical support to the project team members.
- Troubleshooting of problem/issues related to hardware and network failure.
- Coordinate with the team of System Integrator for Data center setup in coordination with DBA.
- Coordinate with various field level functionaries for issues related to hardware and networking. Also provide technical support to them.
- Maintaining log of complains regarding any issue of hardware and network.
- Stock management of all computer related assets regarding issuance, delivery, complaints, installation and shifting etc.
- Management of server at PMU in coordination with DBA.
- Any other related task assigned by supervisor as per requirement
