Required educational, experience & job profile

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ Equivalent. Direct work experience in IT projects, including all aspects of process development and execution.

Required Skills and Core Competencies:

• Strong familiarity with software application: web and windows based development.
• Experience on website management and configuration on internet.
• Familiarity and understanding of programming languages.
• Adequate knowledge and experience in DBMS and related aspects.
• Working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
• Technically competent with various software programs, such as MS Office and MS ACCESS. 
• Provided support in development and management MIS framework.
• Estimate the resources (software/hardware) needed to achieve project goals.
• Develop project plans and associated communication documents.
• Upload progress reports, proposals requirements, documentation, and presentations on website of Mission Convergence.
• Maintaining the repository of credentials issued to various stakeholders for the system integration application and troubleshoots related problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
• Should be able to incorporate effective communication systems in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
