Education, experience and job profile
Diploma Civil / BE Civil with sales & marketing experience or any Graduate with sales & marketing experience of water proofing products
4-5 years in sales & marketing of water proofing products
Responsible for Budgeting, sales forecast and achievement of set targets. Form, lead and direct the Sales Officers / Market promoters ( if any) and the distributors for growth of business. Effect formation of the dealer network to be serviced and managed by distributors. Maintain relationships and exercise dealer controls. Execute the incentive schemes for implementation in the markets. Identify and exploit potential business opportunities and new markets development. Prospecting and sell along with the distributors / marketing associates to PMC’S , Consultants , Specifiers ( architects, structural & civil engineers) , contractors and builders for specification of the nanotechnology system .Nurture relationships with PMC’S, Consultants, Specifiers (architects & engineers) , contractors and builders for long term business linkages. Coordinate and manage exhibitions, events, seminars activities as per the defined plan for the territory. Market Intelligence wrt Competitors actvities, Customers needs and distribution channel feedback to NSM / H.O on a real time basis. Ensure sending of MIS of Secondary Sales on a monthly basis and to analyze sales. Review and monitor performance of distributors on a monthly basis and take recourse to correctives. Handling complaints, if any.
