Education and experience requirement
  • M.D in Community Medicine/MPH with MBBS degree/Masters or PG Diploma in Health Management/Hospital management
  • 8-10 Years experience in the field of Public Health research and training in Govt. Health/Social Sector.
  • Proven experience in working with government and nongovernment organization in conduction and management of training activities.
  • 4-5 years experience in planning for training activities in collaboration with partner institutions

Desirable
  • PhD. Degree in relevant subject
  • Preference will be given to the candidates with experience of handling training in the health sector at national level.
  • Experience of organizing trainings in HMIS and M&E
  • 4-5 years administrative experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience of working with Development partners and State Governments and its agencies
  • Proficiency in computers/IT and use of statistical software like SPSS,SAS etc
  • Excellent oral written communication skills and excellent written English
