Qualification, experience and skill sets requirement	:	MBA - Marketing (from reputed university) Category development - (Build a new market, drive customer understanding) Marketing strategy & brand development PR & corporate communications Customer awareness, advocacy & education program Corporate & regional events & marketing program Marketing solutions to clients and parents Marketing & brand alliances Loyalty & engagement program
Candidates profile requirement		5 years in sales, 10 years in marketing/ brand management/events & promotions Minimum 3-5 years in decision making role Worked with aggressive marketing co’s where brand is built through experience Experience in marketing \"solutions\" to clients Must have hands on experience in building a new concept; managed change in consumer behavior Must have managed strategic & operational role Managed brands through an aggressive corporate communication program Exposure in conducting seminars, events, representation in forums Strong operational understanding Ability to take measured risks Ability to think big & take quantum leaps
