Qualification, experience and skill sets requirement	:	MBA - Marketing (from reputed university) Proactively lead & direct key operations team, content development team & marketing/strategic team through in depth research & analysis Build a program matrix on school/student/teacher performance index, peer comparison Continuous monitoring of Rumi performance in relation to control schools/ segment Design research program to get more insights on customer and sector engagement, behavior patterns Research program to understand pricing potential, strategy & market growth
Candidates profile requirement		Intense understanding of research design & program Hands on experience in building/leading multiple initiatives Direct exposure in working on new industry/ new market projects establishing basic customer understanding & behavior patterns Good business understanding & sharp analytical skills
