Candidates profile requirement		Must have hands on experience in building brands, especially in a new business/category. Creative & sharp in designing unique program/solution. Hands on experience in leading strategic alliances, promotions & associations. Hands on experience in managing multiple portfolios of product/brands in dynamic markets. Ability to think big and take quantum leaps.
